The free preview

A preview costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. It exists so you can see the answer and a couple of findings before you pay.

The full report

If you are not satisfied with a full report ($149), write to [contact email] within 7 days of purchase, from the address you sign in with, and say which report it is. We will refund the full amount. You don't need to give a reason, though a sentence on what fell short helps us improve.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank may take several business days to show it.

Packs

Packs are final: the 7-day satisfaction refund applies to single investigations only. The automatic refund for a report we fail to deliver applies to both; for a pack, the investigation's credit is returned to the pack rather than money to your card.

After 7 days

After 7 days we do not normally give refunds, but if something went wrong with a report, write to us anyway. This policy does not affect any rights you have under the law where you live. See also our terms.
